What Defines Sanraj
Rotogravure Printing
Sanraj masters at rotogravure printing! Equipped with 6 presses of different specifications, Sanraj is know for its print quality and the ability to print a single job of 50 MT continuously with zero defects and consistency.
Solvent Less Laminator
The company entered the industry with lamination expertise, laminating all kinds of substrates smoothly and also tackling a total ink GSM of up to 6 GSM.
Multilayered Extrusion Lamination
Since 2014, Sanraj has developed a strong base in using extrusion lamination technology providing extra barrier properties and extended shelf life as a solution to the brand owners. Sanraj also specializes in extrusion laminating bulk packaging which includes substrates such as woven and non-woven fabrics.
Laser Scoring
The company offers value added services including laser scoring for easy tear applications. Sanraj can score precisely at a speed of 600 mpm and even on laminates such as all PE and all PP.
Blown Film Extrusion
Sanraj recently integrated backwards and commissioned the W&H Varex 2 5 Layer POD Blown Film Line to maintain quality standards and consistency.
